6. Data Shared with Other Users
SliceWin is a community-oriented service. Certain information you provide is visible to other users:
- Your display name, profile photo, and public statistics are visible to members of communities you join.
- Match results, tournament participation, and rankings are visible within the community context in which they occur.
- Communities with public web pages may display your participation publicly on their published page.
You control what information appears in your public profile through the app's Settings.
7. International Data Transfers
Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or reliance on adequacy decisions.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus:
- Account and profile data: retained until account deletion, then deleted within 30 days.
- Match and tournament records: retained indefinitely for statistical and historical purposes; personal identifiers can be removed on request.

Match and tournament records may be anonymized rather than deleted where doing so would preserve the integrity of shared community records.
11. Children's Privacy
SliceWin is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
Users aged 13 to 15 in the European Union may require parental consent per applicable national law.
