Does SliceWin cost anything for clubs?
No. The core community hub, ranking system, and tournament generation are completely free with no limits on members or matches.
What if our club has players who don't want to use apps?
Not a problem. Club Admins and Managers can manually create "Unregistered" players. The Admin can enter match scores for them, and they will still appear on the leaderboards and in tournaments. If they ever decide to download the app, they can "claim" their profile and keep all their history!
Can we support different sports at our facility?
Yes! Because each Community supports one specific activity, you can simply create one Community named "Downtown Tennis" and a second Community named "Downtown Padel".
How do you prevent fake results or disputes?
When members self-report a score, it goes into a "Pending" state. The opponent must validate the score before the Elo rankings update. However, if a Club Admin enters a score, it is instantly approved, bypassing the validation step.
