  • Navigate to your Profile tab in the bottom menu.
  • Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner.
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm your choice. Your account will be scheduled for immediate deletion.

Method 2: Via Email Request

  • Send an email to support@slicewin.com from the email address associated with your SliceWin account.
  • Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  • Include your SliceWin username in the body of the email to help us locate your account.

What happens to your data?

When you request an account deletion, we ensure that your personal information is removed from our active databases in accordance with global privacy laws.

Data that gets permanently deleted:

  • Your personal profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture)
  • Your authentication records and linked social accounts
  • Your device tokens and push notification settings
Note regarding match history: To ensure that the Elo rankings and match histories of other players in your communities are not broken, your past matches will not be deleted. Instead, your profile will be fully anonymized. You will appear as "Deleted User" in past match records, and no personal data will be tied to those past games.
